The role of the Patient Journey Steering Group is to oversee and monitor development of patient journey improvement initiatives in line with WCDHB's strategic direction for quality improvement.
Role of the Steering Group
The group comprises representatives from key areas within the patient journey and meets on a monthly basis.
The Steering Group plans which pathways will be reviewed, oversees the review process and then makes recommendation to clinical quality and management teams on potential improvements.
