Buller Health is an integrated health unit housing all of the West Coast DHB services for Westport and Northern Buller. It brings together the primary practice, inpatient care, community services, allied health, care of the elderly, outpatient services, maternity services and residential care.

2. Fill in the Application Form
   (a) Print out and fill in the application form by hand, or
   (b) Enter your details straight from the computer.

   Applicants choosing option (b) please ensure that you have Adobe Reader 6 or later, or other modern PDF Reader software installed on your computer. (Foxit Reader is a PDF Reader many users like.)

   Some outdated or incompatible PDF Readers DO NOT save what you enter! Therefore always enter just some data and save the filled in document first. Then close that document and re-open it. Check that the content you just entered shows in the re-opened document. If all is there, all is well and you have a compatible PDF reader. Continue entering the rest of your details, and once the form has been completed, close the document and re-check the content just to be sure that the rest has been saved as well. Once you have confirmed that all of that info has been saved the form is ready to be sent to HR along with the other documents.

   Important Tip: 
   Before you start entering your details save the PDF file (using "Save as...", NOT "Save copy"). Then open that saved document and enter your details.

3. Submit Your Documents
   Once the form has been completed submit it together with your CV, your covering letter and referee details. Please indicate if referees are not to be contacted.
