West Coast DHB Patient Survey Data
The West Coast District Health Board wants everyone to get the best possible care. To help us achieve this, we like to find out what patients think about the quality of care that we gave them.
The results of the survey will help staff make better decisions about managing the West Coast District Health Board, with the aim of improving the overall care we provide.
These documents contain results of the most recent patient satisfaction survey. The graphs show the percentage of patients who were either satisfied or very satisfied with the service or activity being questioned about.
For example, for the question "Please rate our staff on informing you about different treatment options", 90% of those who sent back the survey form were either satisfied or very satisfied with the information they received about the various treatment options available to them.
