Introduction

West Coast District Health Board has a strategic objective – to become New Zealand’s centre of excellence in rural health services. The Asset Management Plan is a representation of the District Health Board’s on-going commitment to long term expenditure planning and facilities management. It also demonstrates that capital prioritisation decisions are well informed through the asset management planning process.
