Expectations

Introduction

Annually the Minister of Health advises each District Health Board of the government’s expectations of the Board’s performance in the forthcoming year. The Board of the West Coast District Health Board also advises management of their expectations.
Both of these letters of expectations inform and guide the planning processes of the DHB for the next year.
